Invictus, LLC created a redevelopment program in ​collaboration with key community partners. The plan is to ​restore the Adler Furniture Store building and create 17,909 ​sq. ft of mixed-use rental space. This involves completing the ​design, permitting and financing processes, starting ​construction and renovating the building following historic ​preservation standards.​


5,500 sq. ft. of leasable retail space on the Main Level​

3,200 sq. ft. of leasable retail space on Level 2 ​

3,700 sq. ft. short term rental space on Level 2


Harmony ​Club

1005-7 Water Ave. Selma, Ave

​Invictus, LLC has spearheaded a redevelopment initiative to restore ​the historic Harmony Club building with a total area of 16,411 sq. ft. ​The comprehensive plan encompasses completing design, permitting, ​and financing processes, initiating construction, and renovating the ​building while adhering to historic preservation standards.


4,800 sq. ft. Restaurant/Bar space on the Main Level and Attached ​Garage ​

6,106 sq. ft. of Event Parlors, Short term rentals, and Balcony on ​Level 2 ​

5,505 sq. ft. with a Banquet Hall and Event Parlors on Level 3
